Two villa designs. One idea: build it properly, and it lasts.

Cahaya Villas is a small, hands-on development in Kuta, Lombok — five villas across two designs, built on leasehold land ten minutes from the surf breaks and the new Mandalika district. We are not a volume developer. We are the people on site every week, and the people you can still reach after the keys are handed over.

Villa Eden and Villa Oasis are the first chapter, not the whole story — the same team is already scouting the next sites in Lombok, under the same standard of build and the same people answering the phone.
